Subdivision Process

Subdivision - NR Links
The subdivision process involves the planning permit process that requires applicable reports to be undertaken. Subdivisions can be complex with many land management or native vegetation issues and require a consultant that is familiar in all areas. Once the layout has been decided and the client is happy with the layout the permit application is compiled and sent to the council.

Once this is approved you will receive a permit with conditions that need to be completed. It is at this stage that you will need to engage a licensed Land Surveyor to complete the title work. Most subdivision applications take at least 9-12 months to complete.
