Documentation or work required is likely to be:
- Feature survey with levels
- Details of surrounding properties including habitual rooms, setbacks and private open space.
- Existing and Proposed Plans
- Planning report to present compliance to the Planning and Environment Act, Local and State Policy.
- Rescode Analysis
- Streetscape for Heritage applications
Other speciality reports such as Bushfire, Koala Reports or native vegetation maybe required along with these applications.
