Documentation or work required is likely to be:

• Feature survey with levels
• Details of surrounding properties including habitual rooms, setbacks and private open space.
• Existing and Proposed Plans
• Planning report to present compliance to the Planning and Environment Act, Local and State Policy.
• Rescode Analysis
• Streetscape for Heritage applications

Other speciality reports such as Bushfire, Koala Reports or native vegetation maybe required along with these applications.
