This was an interesting site that initially the department of Agriculture wanted a full agricultural outcome although the site review indicated that the site had an extremely low capacity for agriculture, the site was zoned Farming with an Erosion Management Overlay. Therefore a biodiversity outcome that mitigates climate change and ensures amelioration of land degredation was proposed. The application was approved.
