Integrated Land Management

As a result of an approved permit or a requirement for an application, you may require a Land Management Plan or Integrated Land Management Plan. These reports will involve a review of conditions on site that requires immediate or ongoing management. They also review legislation to determine whether any management issues are required for threatened or protected species. They also detail how and when the management will occur and what restrictions may be required to protect the flora or fauna on site. Some management plans will go for 5 years or 10 years. When you do a management plan for an offset you have an annual reporting-see link below
