Use and development of a dwelling and integrated land management plan.

A farming zone site that had nil capacity for farming; however, the council refused this, and the councillors overturned the decision. There was a clear area on-site for the dwelling and defendable space; all old-growth trees and sensitive areas were avoided. The site did contain a few noxious weeds that were starting to impact the biodiversity on this sensitive site. A huge rabbit burrow issue led to the start of erosion, and the rear was an ephemeral drainage line.
